Charles Feltman coaches executives and managers who want to develop or
strengthen leadership skills including influencing (vertically and

He
also works with leaders who need to hit the ground running in a new position or
career direction. In addition to individuals, Charles coaches teams and groups
that want to develop greater trust, alignment, collaboration, innovation, and
