The Early Case Assessment Investment
Webinar

Litigants are under increasing pressure to find new ways to manage discovery to control and predict their eDiscovery spend.  Early Case Assessment methodologies have the potential to overcome many significant and longstanding limitations on managing the electronic discovery process. ECA is poised to radically change how corporations and outside counsel approach electronic discovery, increase defensibility, and reduce costs.  This discussion will explore:

  • What is early case assessment? People, process, technology, expertise, or something else?

  • Leveraging early case assessment to streamline processees, increase defensibility and promote early, open and accurate collaboration among parties.

  • Using early case assessment to significantly control and predict litigation costs.
