How to Bill Time Without Getting Written-Off, Written-Down or Written-Up:

Ensuring Paralegal Fee Recovery Through Proper Billing

What is an unacceptable billing entry?  Block billing, inadequate descriptions, clerical work?  This webinar shows you how paralegals are profitable and gives pointers on how you should word billing entries.

We cover Supreme Court decisions affecting paralegal billing (i.e. Missouri v. Jenkins and Richlin, et al., v. Chertoff, et al.) along with corresponding definitions of a paralegal giving emphasis as to how the definitions show that paralegals have special skills and knowledge, making them profitable to their employer.

This session shows you can be profitable for your firm, not only for your current employer but how to use that to your advantage when looking for your next position.

Instructor:  Jacqueline S. Vinaccia is a licensed California trial attorney specializing in legal fee analysis and audits.  Sara Youngers, paralegal, works as a team member with Ms. Vinaccia.
