Paul Hodnefield is Associate General Counsel for Corporation Service Company (“CSC”).   In addition to his duties at CSC, he currently serves as Co-Chair of the ABA Joint Task Force on Filing Office Operations and Search Logic.  He is also an active participant with the International Association of Commercial Administrators (IACA) Secured Transactions Section and formerly served on the Board of Directors of the National Public Records Research Association.  Mr. Hodnefield is admitted to practice in Minnesota.  He is a member of the American Bar Association and Minnesota Bar Association.

Prior to joining CSC, Mr. Hodnefield was President of US Corporate Services, a national UCC service provider.  He is a frequent speaker on Revised Article 9 search and filing issues.  Mr. Hodnefield has also served as an adjunct instructor at the University of Minnesota law school, where he taught courses on public records and business ethics.
