1. Learn how to insert frames from a video, annotate the individual frames and play the video forward and backward, enhancing any frames that are too dark or light.

6. Artificial Intelligence and Its Use in the Law - $100

4 one-hour session Webinar series in which we learn about Artificial Intelligence (AI) and how it is being used or can be used by attorneys and paralegals. AI will be demonstrated in the use of conceptual searching that is now built into many legal software applications.


We will also demonstrate the use of File Explorer in windows 2019 and the use of tags, comments and other metadata to enable more accurate searching using the search feature. We will look at the AI that is now built into Word, PowerPoint and Excel and the unique feature in OneNote called audio recognition. Finally, we will look at situations where AI has resulted in litigation. Some of the key terms we will define: AI itself, machine learning and informatics.

7. eDiscovery Bootcamp - $150

This 6 hour, 4 session (1 1/2 hours each) practical and interactive webinar is a fantastic option for legal professionals who want to increase their knowledge about EDiscovery. Learn how to prepare images, audio and video for use in your presentations in court as well as in your work with clients. Learn to detect compromised media!


Explore both the software and hardware necessary to create, edit and present media and look at methods of detecting if any of this media has been altered, redacted or otherwise compromised. Get more expertise!



We will learn how to: 

  • create amazingly zoomable detailed images of objects and places using Gigapan technology. 
  • create, enhance and edit audio and determine if an audio file has been altered. 
  • explore the technology for creating images using particular digital cameras and how to create and edit video. 
  • remove a background and remove objects from an image, enhance images to increase their clarity and how images can be combined and manipulated legally and illegally using Adobe Photoshop Elements and Pixlr.

The Sedona Principles consist of a set of 14 principles that were considered, by a SedonaConference® Working Group, to be "a reasonable and balanced approach to the treatment of electronic data."
